Currently, we are seeking a Sr. Engineer Quality with at least 8 years of experience, based in Carlsbad, CA. Responsibilities Development, maintenance and execution of comprehensive test plans, test cases, test scripts and measure continuous improvements.Drive release management life cycle, including schuling deployments for different environments, provide production GO for release candidate.Work with different engineering development teams to plan, schedule deployment windows, execute tests, assist teams in replicating issues - both functional and non functional.Work with test automation groups to provide them requirements, priorities, coordinate with other teams for automation where neededEnsure all software tests identify defects and meet quality benchmarks by thoroughly evaluating test results against expected outcomes Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.Proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Must Haves
Expertise in both manual and automated testing methodologies.Hands-on experience with tools like Robot Framework, Postman, and Chrome Developer Tools.Proficient in microservice architectures and REST APIs.Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills.Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, particularly in identifying test coverage and evaluating test effectiveness.Strong Pluses
