Assist in internal audits and ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards.

Mentor and train junior technicians on advanced quality methods and equipment.

What you'll need

Associate degree in a technical field or relevant experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Quality Technician role, preferably in robotics or related industry.

Strong understanding of robotics manufacturing processes and quality standards.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex blueprints and technical drawings.

Leadership skills, with the ability to guide and train others.

Proven ability to thrive in face base, in high-tech manufacturing settings.

Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be highly organized.

Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Our Environment

Up to 10% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.

The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed bi-weekly.

Ability to lift and handle components up to 25 lbs.
