Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract), Overland Park, KS About the Opportunity This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing and fast-paced recruitment team, where your expertise will help shape hiring outcomes and support the continued growth of a key enterprise program. The role will begin remotely for Kansas-based candidates but will transition to full-time onsite at the Overland Park, KS office once it reopens. What does a successful Senior Technical Recruiter do in this role? As a Senior Recruiter, you will act as a strategic and trusted talent advisor to hiring managers-owning the recruiting process from end to end while driving alignment, engagement, and best practices throughout. You will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top technical and corporate talent while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience. What You Will Do: * Manage and drive the full-cycle recruiting process for a range of technical and corporate roles-from job posting through offer negotiation. * Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to fully understand their talent needs and the business so you can confidently and effectively represent the organization to candidates. * Serve as a strategic advisor, delivering insights and guidance around market trends, talent availability, and sourcing strategies. * Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience, with clear and timely communication throughout the process. * Track and manage multiple recruiting initiatives simultaneously, including on- and offsite career events. * Contribute to the development and mentoring of junior recruiters when applicable. What You Need to Have: * 7+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates at the corporate level. * Demonstrated experience working with senior leadership on strategic and executive-level roles. * Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining high-quality delivery. * A passion for delivering a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience. * Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills. * Bachelor's degree required.
