Description
We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Recruiter in the transport industry. The Sr. Recruiter will be entrusted with the responsibility of coordinating with hiring leaders, developing recruitment strategies, analyzing recruitment metrics, employing innovative sourcing tactics and managing various recruiting initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with hiring leaders across multiple locations to align hiring needs with workforce plans
• Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes
• Employ innovative sourcing tactics, including the use of ADP - Financial Services and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, to attract applicants and maintain a robust talent pipeline
• Manage various recruiting initiatives such as career fairs, conferences, and college recruiting to establish community partnerships and enhance talent pipelines
• Utilize Business systems, Careerbuilder, CRM, About Time, Applicant Track System, and Benefit Functions to support recruitment efforts
• Engage in Cold Calling as a method of reaching potential candidates
• Maintain effective Communication with potential candidates, hiring leaders, and team members
Requirements • Proven experience in the transport industry.
• Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services for recruitment tasks.
• Knowledge in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, and its application in recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with various business systems used in the transport sector.
• Experience with Careerbuilder and other similar recruitment platforms.
• Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
• Ability to use About Time software for recruitment tasks.
• Experience with the Applicant Track System and its functions.
• Knowledge in managing Benefit Functions within a recruitment setting.
• Proficient in Cold Calling techniques and strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
