Sr Regional Business Manager - Permanent - North Carolina - Fully Remote

Proclinical is seeking a Senior Regional Business Manager specializing in bioreactors.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role will drive growth within the biopharmaceutical sector by accelerating product adoption through consultative engagement with key decision-makers. The successful candidate will have expertise in bioprocessing technologies which will help convert potential clients into long-term partners, supporting their journey from pre-clinical stages to commercialization.

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Biology or related to Biological Life Sciences.Proven track record in business development and sales within the biopharmaceutical or cell therapy industries.Specific experience in the sales of bioreactor systems.Strong understanding of cell therapy and/or bioprocessing technologies and industry standards.Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.Ability to travel approximately 50% throughout the assigned territory as required.

The Sr Regional Business Manager's responsibilities will be:

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.Understand client needs and present bioreactor solutions.Network within large accounts and engage with top executives.Identify and qualify sales leads.Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.Develop and implement strategic business plans to meet sales targets.Use CRM tools to track and optimize sales performance.Provide technical expertise on bioreactor products.Work with engineering and product teams to customize solutions.Promote products through presentations and industry events.Collaborate with marketing to create sales materials.Gather customer feedback for new product development.
