SR. REGIONAL TALENT ATTRACTION & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Sr. Regional Talent Attraction & Development Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will shape and execute the talent strategy for our lighting division, driving organizational success through strategic talent initiatives and cultural transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR ideally within the automotive industry and a proven track record of leading and implementing talent strategies.

Purpose of the role:  Shape and execute the talent strategy for our lighting division. Lead initiatives in talent attraction, management, performance, culture, communication, engagement, workforce planning, and organizational design.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Talent Attraction:

Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for entry, mid, and senior-level positions.Identify and leverage the most effective digital channels and innovative technology tools to achieve staffing and talent goals.Enhance the employer brand and market reputation to attract top talent.

2. Talent Management:

Design and oversee talent management programs that support employee development and career progression.Implement continuous learning and development programs.Create clear career progression paths, both functional and cross-functional.

3. Talent Performance:

Develop a robust performance management system to drive high performance and accountability.Establish metrics and KPIs to measure and improve employee performance.Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues.

4. Culture:

Champion the company’s values and culture, ensuring they are integrated into all HR practices and employee experiences.Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.Conduct regular culture assessments and implement action plans based on feedback.

5. Internal Communication

Develop and execute internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent messaging across the organization.Manage internal communication platforms and tools.

6. Engagement:

Design and implement employee engagement programs that enhance job satisfaction and retention.Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.Analyze engagement data and develop action plans to address identified issues.

7. Workforce Planning:

Lead workforce planning efforts to ensure the organization has the right talent in place to meet current and future business needs.Develop talent forecasts aligned to long-term planning and anticipate actions of talent competitors.Enhance workforce planning to align staffing levels with business needs.

8. Organizational Design:

Partner with leadership to design and implement organizational structures that support business objectives.Conduct organizational assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.Lead change management initiatives related to organizational design. and fair compensation practices to attract and retain top talent.

9.  Wellness Programs:

Implement comprehensive wellness programs to support employee health and well-being.Promote a healthy work-life balance and create a supportive work environment.
