More than 3,000 global organizations large and small trust Coupa to transform operating margins, increase efficiencies and growth, optimize cash, and reduce risk.What you will do:Plan, coordinate, and execute software releases and infrastructure upgrades across different environments following established release management processesMonitor release progress, track issues, and communicate status updates to stakeholdersImplement and maintain release automation frameworks and tools to streamline and improve the efficiency of the release processDevelop and maintain scripts and workflows for automated build, deployment, and configuration managementContinuously evaluate and enhance the release automation pipeline to reduce manual effort, improve reliability, and increase deployment speedCoordinate release schedules, dependencies, and priorities with stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely deployments. Provide regular status updates, reports, and documentation to stakeholders, management, and project teamsEvaluate products and technologies in the industry that can be applied to optimize Coupa’s internal processes and workflows, simplify our operations, reduce technical debt, eliminate toilLeverage observability and monitoring to make informed decisionsWhat you will bring to Coupa: 4-6 years of experience in Release Engineer roleA critical thinker, resourceful, problem-solver who has a passion for applying technology to drive efficiencyHands on experience with Cloud/SaaS architecture using AWS/ Azure a mustExperience with release automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Bamboo) and proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python) to automate build, deployment, and configuration management processesFamiliarity with operationalizing a software HA, Autoscaling, DR, Backups, UpgradesHands on experience with CI/CD tools and implementation of pipelineUnderstanding of configuration management principles and experience with tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef to manage and track software and infrastructure configurationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills#LI-TC1
