With threat hunters and innovators across the world, we want great people, like YOU, to join our team!        Malwarebytes is looking for... An experienced, enthusiastic, and flexible Revenue Manager to manage day-to-day operational revenue activities, oversee close, positively influence staff, and build systems and processes to support future growth. As we’ve been experiencing rapid growth, the need for accurate and timely revenue accounting has never been greater! This is a full-time position focusing on our corporate revenue channel (B2B) and will be reporting to our Senior Revenue Manager   What You’ll Do:    Drive the revenue close process for all revenue streams (B2C and B2B) including reviewing staff work for accuracy, provide feedback and implementing processes to increase accuracy, and streamline close processes to drive speed.Own key revenue close items, including gathering and understanding supporting underlying schedules and details, booking entries, supporting revenue close in RevPro, and reconciling/analyzing revenue and related accounts. Develop a strong relationship and work closely with related business partners, including order management, sales operations, accounts receivable, business applications, product, and engineering.Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.Support annual audits and other ad-hoc audits as required.Assist in special projects as required, such as system migrations, new product launches, or changes in accounting standards.Develop and implement “best practices” processes and controls around revenue.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement revenue optimization strategies.Skills You’ll Need to Have:    Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or substantially similar. 4+ years of relevant experience, CPA is a plus.Excellent understanding of U.S. GAAP, particularly revenue recognition under ASC 606.Salesforce, NetSuite, and RevPro experience required.Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Experience managing multiple projects with competing schedules.Strong process and controls orientation – ability to review and improve systems and procedures where required. Excellent MS office skills, particularly Excel skills (pivot, v-lookup tables), Word and PowerPoint essentialBenefits and Perks       An opportunity to do something great for yourself and the world A great work environment that supports growth, development, and most importantly having fun! Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage Competitive salary401k + company match Open Time Off Policy Employee Referral Bonus Program Wellness programs    Applicants have rights under the Federal Employment Laws:     Employee Polygraph Protection Act Know Your Rights: Discrimination is Illegal Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
