Sr. Revenue Enablement Manager

Instructure is looking for a Senior Revenue Enablement Manager to strategize, create and execute enablement programs that support Instructure’s revenue teams. In this role, you will collaborate closely with members of the go to market teams as well as collaborate with other program managers and teams to design and deliver content.
You are skilled at needs assessment and problem soliving, can align challenges with program objectives, and develop the content needed to support targeted outcomes. You have strong project management skills and can balance priorities, timelines, and project scope. 
You will develop an understanding of the products we offer and how they serve our customers and target markets. You will also support programs aimed at the development and enhancement of essential professional skills and our go-to-market methodology.   
The definition of success in this role is delivering enablement programs that contribute to and influence the success of our revenue teams as measured by pipeline generation, bookings, and customer retention.

What you'll do: Assess needs, then create and deliver the enablement programs primarily focusing on Instructure’s solutions, market understanding, selling, customer success and growth skills.Partner with the enablement leader to define quarterly/yearly enablement strategy. Help drive the adoption of our chosen methodology through teaching and coaching and integration in solution and go to market enablement programsSupport the implementation and adoption of existing tools (e.g. , Clari) and new go-to-market tools when applicable. Collaborate with global teammates (enablement, revenue operations, sales/success leadership, product marketing, customer experience, and marketing) on the best delivery method, project priority, and the schedultiming of enablement initiatives.Support and participate in the maintenance, curation, and update of playbooks, enablement program content, courses, and pathways. Monitor critical business metrics metrics, and develop custom solutions based on data. Measure the impact of your programs.Help organize, collaborate on content creation, and facilitate annual field kick-off event sessions and activities.
What you'll bring: 5+ years of experience in a revenue enablement role.Prior experience in sales, customer success, solution engineering, product marketing role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience with a learning management system and learning content creation applications such as Camtasia, Captivate, etc. Relevant market experience with an EdTech company supporting the Higher Education or K-12 market, selling to customers in these markets, or, as an educator or administrator in a K-12 or post-secondary institution.Strong project management skills. Excellent team player who can work with virtual and global team members.Ablilty to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environmentCreative problem-solving skills, working under pressure, and meeting deadlinesGet in on all the awesome at Instructure: 401k with company matchHSA program, vision, voluntary life, and AD&D Tuition reimbursementLifestyle Spending AccountPaid time off, 11 paid holidays, and flexible work schedules Motivosity - employee recognition program$110,000 - $127,000 a yearThis role will also include a commission component.
