The successful candidate will be responsible for completion of standard and complex RFPs, RFIs, Consultant Questionnaires, Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and ad hoc requests, generated by our International partners, with a focus on APAC, working independently with an understanding of regional client/prospect requirements within the required deadline.

MAJOR DUTIES

Prepare standard and complex RFPs, RFIs, Consultant Questionnaires, Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and ad hoc requests independently with an understanding of regional client/prospect requirements within deadlineAbility to create compelling and accurate responses by customising standard responses and adding value by tailoring answers specific to the opportunity within required timeframesWork with RFP Manager and various business areas to provide thought leadershipWork on multiple deadlines, concurrently, while following processes and maintaining qualityBe point of reference/training for less experienced team membersSpecialise and champion in asset classes and strategiesDisseminate updated or new content on a timely basisMaintain Consultant Databases if and when required

EXPERIENCE

3+ years Asset Management and financial markets industry experienceRFP experience within Asset ManagementStrong knowledge of Asset Management and Asset Management trendsNative level English skill with excellent grammatical, written and verbal communication skillsProficiency within Word, Excel, PowerpointProactive learner with strong intellectual curiosityProficiency with statistical information and ability to interpret financial dataAbility to demonstrate a sense of urgency and initiative when responding to short deadlinesGood interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanour and a team player approach
