The Regulatory Intelligence Safety and Compliance team protects customers from products that are unsafe, illegal, illegally marketed, controversial or otherwise in violation of Amazon's policies while enabling our Selling Partners to offer their broadest selection of safe and compliant products. We're seeking an experienced Risk Manager to lead the development and implementation of Amazon's new Misleading Claims program. This role will define and execute strategies to protect customers from deceptive product claims across our marketplace. The ideal candidate will build comprehensive policies, design enforcement mechanisms, and coordinate cross-functional efforts across Product Quality, Legal, Tech, Science, and Ops teams. You'll develop scalable solutions leveraging ML/AI technologies, establish success metrics, and create seller education programs. Strong stakeholder management, technical understanding, and experience with trust and safety programs are essential. This role requires excellent judgment in balancing customer protection with seller success. The base pay for this position ranges from $109,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
