Senior Risk Solutions Advisor is vital to the Risk Consulting process at Chubb NA. This role involves collaborating closely with Risk Consultants, Underwriters and Vendors, to ensure that clients meet the critical engineering requirements and recommendations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to delivering effective client solutions, enhancing satisfaction, addressing complex challenges, and empowering colleagues within the Risk Solutions Unit. They will engage directly with clients, raising awareness and education around Loss Prevention and Mitigation solutions that benefit both the clients and Chubb. This position demands a blend of leadership, critical thinking, inventive problem-solving capabilities, risk consulting technical prowess, and a strong dedication to client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Foster a positive client experience through personalized consultations, deeply understanding client needs and positioning service solutions accordingly. Utilize knowledge of property and casualty insurance, risk control, loss prevention analysis, home inspection processes, construction codes, and quality craftsmanship to deliver effective client solutions. Comprehend the unique risk characteristics present in various regions across the United States. Address escalations and challenges creatively and effectively through appropriate channels. Exhibit strong business acumen and critical thinking skills to confidently provide recommendations and full-service solutions that tackle client pain points and anticipated needs. Simplify complex technical concepts related to loss prevention to educate clients on their benefits. Communicate difficult messages with comfort and professionalism. Investigate vendor escalations, research, and track improvements to enhance existing workflows and processes. Respond promptly to inquiries from clients and agents. Collaborate with team members and business partners, fostering partnerships with PRS to ensure a high-quality experience for shared clients and agents. Provide feedback aimed at enhancing service solutions.Required Competencies & Skills:
Preferred experience in Personal Risk Services field risk consulting/engineering.Experience in home preventative maintenance, home building experience or a related fieldAbility to:
