Your Impact

The Senior Sales Enablement Manager – IT Operations Portfolio is an individual contributor role that owns the development and execution of enablement programs designed to drive seller productivity. This role focuses on product technology enablement for IT operations solutions, ensuring sales teams are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and strategies to succeed. You will manage learning plans, leverage creative enablement approaches, and act as a key bridge between sales and marketing to deliver measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate is innovative, detail-oriented, and passionate about empowering sales teams through experiential and interactive learning methodologies with a singular focus on enabling revenue growth.

 

What the role offers:

Enablement Program Development.Focus on product technology enablement, including training on new releases, go-to-market strategies, and sales plays.Design, implement and own sales enablement programs aligned with defined KPIs to drive revenue growth.Stay current with industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance enablement programs.Learning Plan ManagementBuild and maintain comprehensive learning plans, including on-demand courses, to articulate product technologies, position solutions, and address competitive challenges.Leverage experiential and virtual learning best practices to create engaging, interactive training content.Content Development and DeliveryDevelop enablement materials such as sales playbooks, fundamental courses, new product release insights and sales tool kits encompassing prospecting, objection-handling and close approaches.Incorporate creative approaches and experiential learning methods to improve sales team knowledge retention and skill application.LMS Management and ReportingMaintain learning plans within the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure accessibility and ease of use for the sales team.Track and analyze the effectiveness of sales enablement programs using key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement of sales enablement initiatives.Collaboration and Stakeholder EngagementAct as a bridge between sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging and priorities.Engage cross-functional teams, including product management and field sales stakeholders, to gather feedback and refine enablement initiatives.Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement working within the cross functional virtual team

 

What you need to succeed:

5+ years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or a related field, ideally within IT operations or Infrastructure management technology.Proven experience designing and implementing successful sales enablement programs as an individual contributor.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Strong proficiency in managing LMS platforms and reporting tools.Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.Expertise in designing interactive, on-demand learning experiences.Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and deriving actionable insights.Creative thinker with a passion for driving engagement through innovative enablement strategies.A passion for empowering sales teams to excel in a competitive marketplaceA collaborative and flexible mindset, with the ability to thrive in cross-functional environmentsA commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
