Job ResponsibilitiesSuccessfully implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share within the semi-industry.Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to determine customer needs and propose tailored temperature control solutions.Apply proven expertise in temperature control systems to offer technical support and mentorship to customers.Foster and maintain positive relationships with collaborators and customers, ensuring seamless communication and happiness of clients.Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the outstanding capabilities of our engineering solutions.Strictly adhere to company policies and industry regulations to maintain the highest standards of integrity and quality.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.Senior sales experience with a focus on temperature control systems and familiarity with the semi-industry.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Outstanding communication and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a culture of inclusion and innovation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex customer needs.Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.Why Join Us?
