Sr. Sales Incentive Analyst

This pivotal Senior Sales Incentive Analyst role demands a creative problem solver with sharp business acumen and a track record of driving impactful solutions. About the Role 
In this opportunity as the Senior Sales Incentive Analyst, you will: 

Craft Compelling Strategies: Use available data and analysis to influence resource allocation across the organization, driving impactful business strategies.Root Cause Analysis: Drive detailed root cause analyses, combining analytical techniques and keen business acumen to uncover underlying drivers and facilitate strategic decision-making.Influential Storytelling: Craft persuasive narratives from complex analyses, influencing leadership through impactful presentations.Partner Management: Manage critical relationships across a diverse range of team members, often with competing priorities. (incl, Finance, Sales, Territories)

About You 
You're a fit for the role of Senior Sales Incentive Analyst if your background includes: 

5+ years of experience working in a business strategy team with responsibilities including performance analysis, business case development, identifying customer pain points, and defining solutions.Experience managing high-visibility KPIs in a rapidly evolving environment.Experience with Excel, Alteryx and SQLData visualization experience - Power BI and Tableau are a plusGood sense of humor, empathy and the ability to work well under pressure

Education:

Coursework or degree in finance, economics, or a related field.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $72,100 - $133,900.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
