Amazon Ads is seeking a “builder” to lead the SMB Non Endemic organization. We are seeking an innovative, creative, analytical and strategic thinker, who is passionate about digital media and the future of SMB advertising. This individual will lead and innovate towards the future, defining the vision for the business and investment areas. They will lead the organization to be strategic advisors, providing customer insights that drive measurable business outcomes and growth with clients.
The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems, works effectively with cross-functional teams and thrives in a fast-paced setting that is constantly evolving. This role will be highly visible with senior levels of Amazon, and you will need to work collaboratively with internal management teams to understand where our relative advantages or risks lie, where new market segments and solutions should be created. They will invent on behalf of our customers, drive execution of your strategy, ensuring that the organization is consistently delivering measurable results in advertiser satisfaction, YoY revenue growth, renewal rates and other operational quality metrics. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of developing and executing business strategies, tactics, plans, processes, systems and programs. This individual also has the ability to build and maintain a network of relationships to help navigate complex situations.

- Manage a team of 7+ direct reports
- Create and implement sales programs and tools that help to increase performance of your team
- Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions
- Enable your team to exceed sales, pricing and yield goals
- Have and promote customer obsession; ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
- Prioritize and deliver timely, high quality work
- Build strategy for the performance sales channel
- Partner across organizations to ensure the sales channel is setup for success
