Sr. Sales Operations Manager, Strategic Account Services
The Strategic Account Services (SAS) organization strives to improve the Amazon customer experience by working directly with Selling Partners to enable more selection, reduce defects, and drive growth across their businesses. Our team invents and innovates across technology, processes and people to enhance the services we offer, improve Selling Partner engagement and satisfaction, and build scalable solutions. We are looking to hire a Senior Sales Operations (Ops) Manager who is responsible in developing a joint outreach roadmap between our Customer Success Managers and respective central initiative owners. This individual will also be responsible for developing a series of closed loop mechanisms to audit the quality of these engagements and subsequently providing actionable insights back to stakeholders at scale.

About You:
You have demonstrated experience in building roadmaps, measuring and driving complex tasks and projects.
You embrace ambiguity and work to bring clarity to problem statements and escalate workstream blockers appropriately.
You have a record of accomplishment in launching brand new initiatives and driving multi-year investments in annual planning cycles.
You combine thought leadership, pragmatism, and analytical rigor with enthusiasm for diving deeper into existing processes and tirelessly looking for opportunities to "Drive Change" in the organization without direct influence.
You have an exceptional ability to balance creative thinking with strong business judgment and analytical skills; you understand and can define the inputs and outputs of your business.
You have a strong work ethic and an ability to identify and solve complex problems.
You are a strong written and verbal communicator; you can explain complex concepts and issues clearly and efficiently.

Key job responsibilities
• Simultaneously develop detailed roadmaps for multiple projects
• Support strategic planning that focuses on driving process improvements and customer experience enhancements
• Set, influence, distribute and achieve against a core set of goals
• Identify opportunities for automation and simplification
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business to define needs and deliver holistic solutions
• Author and deliver executive level reporting, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
