As an L1 Helpdesk Operator for Sales Systems, you will provide technical support to Lenovo Sales and Business Partners. Operating the Level 1 Helpdesk, you will manage Dynamics365, LBP, LPH, and CRM sales systems, addressing inquiries through emails, phone calls, live chats, and HelpDesk tickets. Your role is crucial in ensuring timely issue resolution and maintaining high customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Helpdesk Operations: Manage the L1 Helpdesk for Dynamics365, LBP, LPH, and CRM sales systems.User Support: Address inquiries via emails, phone calls, live chats, and HelpDesk tickets related to sales systems.Guidance Provision: Assist users with system access, navigation, deal registrations, bids, and partner registration processes.Issue Resolution: Resolve issues within established time-to-close targets, ensuring prompt solutions.Escalation Management: Escalate complex issues to IT when necessary and collaborate to ensure timely resolutions.Customer Satisfaction: Strive to enhance the Helpdesk experience, ensuring customer satisfaction.Knowledge Sharing: Document new issues and resolutions, updating the knowledge base regularly.Feedback and Improvement: Provide constructive feedback for system and process enhancements.Process Optimization: Recommend process changes to improve operational efficiency.System Enhancement Support: Participate in testing new functionalities, developing and delivering training, and assisting in system deployments.


Position Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in a similar helpdesk or technical support role.Availability: Willingness to work on public holidays as needed to support global sales and partners.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.Independence: Ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively.Language Proficiency: Proficiency in written and spoken business English.Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of sales systems such as Dynamics365, LBP, LPH, and CRM.Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other systems like Windchill and ECC is advantageous.

Base gross monthly salary starts from 1.800 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also a variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
