Job Summary:

Siemens Financial Services provides sales financing solutions and programs designed to add value to clients’ sales, enhance their agility, and strengthen their proposition. They work with clients to improve sales opportunities and overcome competitive pressures by providing a distinct and tangible point of difference at the point of sale.

Siemens Financial Services Commercial Finance (COF) is looking to expand into Mexico.  The new opportunity will commence in a Mexico based SOFOM named Siemens Servicios Comerciales (SSC).  As this is a start-up business for COF, we are looking for team members who foster a strong growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit. 

The SOFOM is an unregulated entity, however, there are multiple components of regulation as it relates to AML KYC and tax reporting.  These requirements are managed as part of the CONDUSEF regulatory structure.

This role will be an addition to help us build and develop the Sales team for both leases and loans. 

Essential Job Functions (necessary to perform job):

Sources, assesses, analyses and negotiates commercial terms, and assesses due diligence and negotiates legal documentation for a range of corporate customers providing innovative and appropriately structured facilities.Develops a wide network of market relationships to build a consistent & diversified portfolio to enable sustainable growth.Identify new business opportunities and foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers.Develops and maintains a network of contacts within Siemens Group divisions (i.e. Healthineers, SI & DI) to promote the SFS COF as a business partner and provides advice and financing solutions where relevant.Collaborates with deal teams among all areas of the business to ensure the timely completion of all transaction materials and credit papers to the required high standard.Must be a result-oriented self-starter with a high energy level with the ability to drive activities independently and with reliability. Team builder and trusted player, will collaborate with different business teams on a daily basis.Role will also be responsible for partnering with SOFOM and Mexico Regional Company teams.

Qualifications (include education):

Native Spanish speaking with fluency in EnglishBachelor’s degree required, MBA, or similar, desirable.12-15 years’ experience in commercial leasing and/or lending in sales positions.Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.Ability to work under pressure and with embedded accountability for account development, portfolio diversification & growth.Strong organization & process management skills to drive an operational hygiene across sales functions as: CRM Management, Risk assessment process, Customer’s documentation required by SOFOM, contract negotiation, among others.Collaboration skills - Ability to identify key stakeholders and collaborate with them as needed to gain approvals/support.Excellent communication skills – oral and written and comfortable at navigating a complex matrix of stakeholders.Sound knowledge of financial products and servicesOperates with a Growth Mindset and has strong problem solving skills.
