Snowflake's Sales Operations team is seeking a Senior Manager of Sales Planning Systems to join the Sales Planning and Compensation team.
In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert in the sales planning system, leveraging your experience from system implementation, model building, project management, and sales planning & operations. You will collaborate with Field Operations, Sales Planning, and Sales Compensation teams to improve existing models and create roadmaps for new ones using the planning system. Success in this role requires hands-on experience with Anaplan or Pigment model building at a certified solution architect level, along with a deep understanding of sales operations and planning.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO:Take full ownership of the annual sales planning models, ensuring the seamless execution of the planning and deployment cycle.
Manage and refine the in-year territory and quota operations models, supporting critical business functions and ensuring cross functional alignment throughout the year.
Serve as product manager, creating a structured feedback loop and strategic roadmap with key stakeholders, ensuring clear delivery milestones and expectations.
Enable teams by designing customized training programs to improve the end-user experience and system adoption.
Be a thought leader, driving operational efficiency across teams through system automation.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in data analytics within sales planning & operations or adjacent fields
6+ years of experience focused on architecting planning solutions, leading implementation projects, and providing end-user enablement.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional discussions, simplifying complex business requirements.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
Expertise in root cause analysis, with the ability to communicate findings clearly to senior leadership.
Bachelor degree in business, statistics, economics, or other quantitative disciplines.
Preferred Qualifications
An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is preferred
Master Anaplanner or Anaplan Solutions Architect certification is preferred
Experience with Pigment implementation is preferred
At ease with structuring high volumes of unstructured data to derive insights

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated base salary range for this role is $182,000 - $260,400.Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
