Sr. Sales Recruiter- RPO Hybrid Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing and hiring top sales talent for our client, a leader in software solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to identify, attract, and hire high-performing sales professionals who thrive in fast-paced, technical environments. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and create a talent pipeline that aligns with our business objectives.
Candidates must be located in the Raleigh, NC area and available to work a hybrid schedule, with 3 days in the office each week.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for sales roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
Recruiting for roles such as Account Managers/Executives, Solution Architects, Sales Specialists, and similar positions.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand specific needs, team dynamics, and company culture to attract the right candidates.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively target top sales talent in the technical sector.
**Qualifications:**
Proven experience in recruiting for sales positions within the technical or technology sector is highly preferred. Recruiting for roles such as Account Managers/Executives, Solution Architects, Sales Specialists, and similar positions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both passive and active candidates.
Experience with various recruiting tools and platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Prior experience recruiting for various sales positions within the technical/software industry
Familiarity with sales performance metrics and how to evaluate top talent in sales roles.
