We’re empowering smarter medical and economic decision making to help transform the way people manage their health at all stages of life. Every day, more than 10 million tests are run on Abbott’s diagnostics instruments, providing lab results for millions of people. **What You’ll Work On** Abbott Core Diagnostics has a new opening for Sr. Analyst Sales Reporting and Incentives. This individual will administer incentives; awards; President's Club rankings; and SPIFFS for CRDx USO organization; in reporting; auditing; and payment handoff to payroll. Includes managing incentive policy and exceptions. Responsible for budget; projections and management. Assists with analyses for incentive design development. Works with limited supervision. This individual will also serve as Data Steward, applying division strategy and standards to align Customer Master Data for customer and territory alignment. Works extensively with Commercial field personnel to apply daily changes to customer data, and model alignment options for sales force territory design. **Core responsibilities include:** + Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system. + Calculations of bonus & SPIFFS; QC; auditing and reporting. + Publish PClub Reports monthly and awards. + Work with contract resource to ensure proper development of annual plans. + Supports incentive financial modeling. + Responsible for budget; projections & analyses. + Manage incentives policy and exception process. + Manage large alignment data files, using custom applications **Required Qualifications** + B.A./B.S./Business Degree or equivalent business experience within Abbott or related industry required. + 4 years of experience working with Field Sales, Marketing or Finance Area is required, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic environment. + Solid understanding of major Microsoft Suite programs is required. **Preferred Qualification** + Excellent communication and analytical skills, including experience in communicating analytical information to a non-analytical audience. + Initiative, innovation, teamwork, organization, action orientation, attention to detail, and data processing skills are required to succeed in this position. + Baseline knowledge of medical/pharmaceutical industry regulatory rules/regulations is preferred. + MBA desirable; not required. * Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan.
