Are you ready to make your next career move to join our team in supporting the sales tendering phase of our New Business Solutions (NBS) Sales process as our Sr. Sales Specialist, NBS for KONE Central West District?
As our Sr. Sales Specialist for NBS, you will work closely with sales to confirm that the customer specifications are understood, and the right products are offered. Part of this scope includes reading the customer specification with sales, [identifying, scheduling, informing and coordinating] engineering tasks to ensure delivery of full tender package, and ensuring Major Project success in the acquisition and execution project phases.
Key actions for this role include:
Work closely with sales team to ensure the customer specifications are understood and the right solutions are offeredEstimate key volume projects and selective Major Project targets.Educate the installation team in the needs of the sales team in order to build awareness of project needs and the extent of the full portfolio. Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure the availability of accurate and reliable forecastsIdentify and mitigate business and operational risks in the project.Maintain and update branch expenses tool within designated territory.This role will be a player/coach position. The individual in this role will, in addition to the above responsibility, will either be assigned a sales budget or direct leadership of a team of technicians and will be also held to the measures of success for those assignment. This role will also have Modernization Sales and Project Management responsibilities.
RequirementsEducation: 4 year degree in relevant field or an additional work experience in lieu of degree.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in related field, with experience including installation of products, providing technical solutions and tendering process.
