Snowflake’s Sales Strategy & Business Operations team is seeking a Sr. Sales Strategy Associate for Industry Go-to-Market (GTM) and Strategic Accounts. In this individual contributor role, you will partner closely with sales, product, marketing, and operations teams to identify, design, and set in motion strategies and programs that drive go-to-market success.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:Serve as Sales Strategy Business Partner for Industry leadership and the respective cross-functional working groups across Sales, Marketing and Product
Collaborate with cross-functional industry teams to develop GTM strategies that drive product success metrics e.g., customer segmentation, market sizing, sales plays / marketing campaigns, sales enablement, partnerships, etc.
Drive alignment and integration of industry-specific strategies into Snowflake’s core GTM motions e.g., interlock with platform, partner, finance, etc.
Develop insights, business cases, and narratives that influence decisions and outcomes through research, data and financial analysis, design thinking / workshop facilitation, planning, etc.
Develop metrics to measure and manage industry-specific progress and success relative to objectives and future roadmap
Prepare for and participate in quarterly business reviews with Sales and GTM leadership
Support day-to-day execution of industry specific initiatives, including framing the problem set, scoping and structuring execution plans, facilitating working team meetings, performing quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform decision making, developing and tracking deliverables and reporting on progress
Design and iterate program for strategic accounts to drive consumption growth of accounts, including enhancing GTM architecture, facilitating account reviews and supporting program expansion
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop new processes and ways of working to drive differentiated support for strategic accounts
ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:5+ years of professional experience in roles such as growth product management, sales or growth strategy, corporate strategy, or strategy consulting
An understanding of core business operations in a B2B technology environment: sales, marketing, product development, partnerships, customer support and success, etc. or demonstrated aptitude to quickly learn and ramp up
Experience identifying, evaluating, and analyzing business opportunities while working across multiple business units to drive decisions and outcomes
Enough technical chops and intellectual curiosity to hold your own working with engineers and technical product owners on topics like cloud data platforms, data engineering, AI/ML, application development, etc.
Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
Experience with business modeling; operational, financial, and statistical analysis
Advanced data analysis/manipulation tools (proficiency with SQL and Excel required)
Experience working with and presenting to senior stakeholders across different functions
Bachelor degree in business, statistics, economics, engineering, or other quantitative disciplines
MBA or similar advanced degree preferred

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated base salary range for this role is $134,000 - $180,100.Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
