Sr. Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst

What you'll do We are seeking a Sr. Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst to drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency within our sales organization. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical attitude, experience working in sales operations, and familiarity with sales and marketing key performance indicators with experience in Sales Operations. You’ll collaborate across teams to optimize processes, build executive-level content, and support pipeline management through data-driven recommendations. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Sales Operations. Responsibility Query, extract, and analyze datasets from systems like Snowflake or Tableau to evaluate sales performance and pipeline health Derive actionable insights from complex data and present findings to partners Build scalable solutions so teams have easy access to insights and performance Build content and decks for division and executive pipeline councils, focusing on pipeline critical metrics, trends, and key insights Monitor and report on pipeline metrics to ensure alignment with business goals Assist with weekly pipeline views for forecast calls Partner with sales, partner and marketing operations and leadership to define important metrics, improve performance and track outcomes Build and refine operational models to support annual planning and target setting for different teams Work with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales Development, Product, Sales and Finance, to align on strategies and achieve shared objectives Partner with leadership to deliver data-driven insights in executive-level presentations and dashboards Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring Basic 5+ years in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or a related field, in SaaS or technology industries Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field Experience identifying and implementing operational efficiencies to optimize sales and marketing workflows Preferred Proficiency in SQL (experience with Snowflake preferred), advanced Excel modeling, and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI Demonstrated ability to create and deliver executive-level decks with a focus on storytelling and data visualization Deep understanding of sales and marketing metrics, pipeline management, and forecasting processes Experience in SaaS, B2B sales operations, or high-growth startups. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Tableau Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively Familiarity with pipeline KPIs, sales processes, and marketing metrics Strong ability to analyze large datasets and transform them into actionable business insights Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: California: $114,200.00 - $177,100.00 base salary This role is also eligible for bonus and benefits.
