• Achieve sales target-AOP round per fiscal\nyear.
• Build HSM AIDC leadership image, then win and\nmaintain strategic major clients’ business.
• Develop large opportunities and projects.\nDevelop and manage HSM partners then build up clearly channel structure.\nIncrease partners’ loyalty.
• Prepare weekly pipeline report and sales\nforecasts for the geographical area and the preparation of sales expense\nestimates for assigned area.
• Prepare regular and special sales reports\nreflecting activities and results of the geographical area.
•Regional management and agents managements Requirements:
• Bachelor\ndegree in engineering or computer.
• Rich\nexperiences of selling skills, independently approach high-level customer;
• Acuminous scent at identify opportunity and penetrate an\naccount/Market;
• 5+ years IT sales experience;
• Good ability of independent study
• Power and skill to balance and handle channel business
• Teamwork spirit
• Willing to business travel frequently
