About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator with experience in LAO & CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce concepts and architecture, and will play a crucial role in optimizing our Salesforce environment to support our business objectives.

What You Will Do

Salesforce Administration: Manage and configure Salesforce, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business processes. This includes workflow rules, process builder, flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, and custom metadata.

LAO & CPQ : Oversee the implementation and optimization of Salesforce LAO & CPQ solutions, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with other Salesforce functionalities and meet the needs of the sales team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, service, and other departments to gather requirements and implement effective Salesforce solutions that drive business growth.

Reporting & Dashboards: Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for sales and executive teams, enabling data-driven decision-making.

Best Practices Implementation: Apply best practices across Salesforce environments to ensure maximum uptime, data quality, and optimized response times.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices. Proactively identify areas for system enhancements and lead the implementation of new functionalities to drive operational efficiencies.

Deployments & Migrations: Experience with deployment and migration tools (CI/CD, Force.com IDE, VSCode, ANT, and Copado) to facilitate smooth transitions between Salesforce environments will be an added advantage.

What Skills & Experience You Should Have

​Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong focus on CPQ and LAO functionalities.Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and best practices.Salesforce Admin and Advanced Admin certifications are preferred.Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
