CHG Engineering is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Sales Enablement team. You'll implement and customize our new Salesforce instance, including business logic automation and data design. This role encompasses declarative development, testing, and assisting with application architecture and design. You will also be responsible for the daily configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform. Serve as one of the primary system administrators for the CHG Salesforce.com environment.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement complex business process logic and automation leveraging flows and other Salesforce platform capabilities.Partner with Security and Engineering team members to complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.Partner with Managed Package providers to know when to build, buy, or change their supplied capabilities.Coordinate with Product Managers, Business Analysts and Engineers to design the best solutions following the Salesforce declarative mindset.Partner with Product Management teams to help define our product roadmap with Salesforce capabilities and Roadmap in mind.Partner with the CHG Delivery and Training teams in training new users and growing the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.Qualifications:
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.Expertise in the ability to build custom apps, objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.Expertise with Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.Expert data management abilities.A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environments.Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.Strong ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.Expert understanding of Salesforce limits and capabilities.Experience in using GIT based version control (GitHub)Education & Years of Experience:
6+ Years’ experience as Salesforce.com AdministratorSalesforce.com Admin II CertifiedSalesforce.com Platform App Builder CertifiedPreferred:
Experience with implementing and/or maintaining Bullhorn for Salesforce “Recruitment Cloud”.Boomi / MuleSoft experience managing and extending integrations with Salesforce.com platform.Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred.Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upward.Solution-oriented positive attitude and approach to the work.Able to work independently on assigned tasks and lead in a collaborative team-oriented environment using sound judgement in decision making.Experience in mentoring other Administrators and Engineers in platform capabilities and limits.We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $72,600 -- $197,100 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
