We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SDK Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a strong ability to work collaboratively. As a Senior SDK Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our software development kits (SDKs) which are used by developers worldwide.

This position reports to the Vice President of Software Engineering and is based in San Diego, CA.

As the Sr. SDK Developer, you will have an opportunity to:

Design and Develop SDKs: Lead the design and development of high-quality SDKs that meet market needs and are user-friendly.Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and other developers to ensure successful integration and implementation of SDKs.Code Review and Mentorship: Conduct code reviews and provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications and SDKs.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to assist developers in understanding and utilizing our SDKs effectively.Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our SDKs remain competitive and innovative.

You have:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 2 years in SDK development.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Swift, Kotlin, or C++.Experience with mobile development platforms (iOS, Android).Strong understanding of API design and development.Familiarity with version control systems like Git.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to devise innovative solutions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Experience with cross-platform development frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.Familiarity with cloud services and RESTful APIs.Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a development team.

Pay Range:

$107,500.00 - $168,100.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
