5+ years of cybersecurity experience (3+ years hands-on in security engineering)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field—or equivalent experienceDeep experience in Identity Access Management (IAM), Zero Trust frameworks, and cloud architecture (Azure, AWS and enterprise class Linux.)Familiarity with hybrid environments and secure system designStrong understanding of compliance and risk frameworks (NIST, ISO)Proven success managing complex projects and mentoring peersExcellent problem-solving and analytical thinkingStrong communication and collaboration skills, from engineering teams to executive briefingsPreferred Extras:
Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or CCSPExperience with automation tools (e.g., torq.io, Logic Apps), detection/response, or vulnerability managementA mentoring mindset—you enjoy coaching others and strengthening team capabilitiesA customer-first approach and collaborative style Willingness to travel occasionally (
