The Opportunity:
As a Senior Security Analyst for OpenText’s Global Information Security and Privacy team, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding our company and our customers' data. Your primary responsibility will be the end-to-end management of internal users’ access to commercial systems and applications, ensuring strict adherence to global access management security standards and best practices. This role is pivotal in protecting our organization's critical assets and maintaining the trust of our stakeholders.
You will also assist internal users in troubleshooting access issues, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth and secure access to necessary systems. Additionally, you will play an active role in delivering audit evidence to meet security compliance and customer contractual requirements. Furthermore, you will be expected to actively take part in the continuous improvement of our operations, identifying opportunities for enhancement and proposing innovative solutions.

COMMERCIAL ACCESS MANAGEMENT AND REVIEW OPERATIONS
Implement global access management security policies: Ensure the validation, provisioning, maintenance, and revocation of internal users' access in accordance with global security standards and best practices.
Provide guidance and troubleshooting assistance: Use various communication channels to assist internal users with their access requests, offering guidance and troubleshooting support.
Identify and address issues and process gaps: Proactively identify issues and process gaps, proposing solutions to support the team's continuous process improvement and innovation strategies.
Support audit compliance: Assist in delivering audit evidence to meet security compliance and customer contractual requirements.
Collaborate on operational development projects: Work with the team to drive operational development projects aimed at increasing efficiency.
Update reports and documentation: Take ownership of updating periodic reports and documenting the team's standard operating procedures.

Working collaboratively with Validation Team members, stakeholders, and the wider Philippine Center of Excellence to achieve common goals and drive team success.
What It Takes:
A bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field.2-3 years of experience working for a global organization, specifically supporting identity and access management (IAM) operations.Preferably with active industry-certifications such as CISSP, CRISC and the like. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with peers and key stakeholders.Experience working with a high-performing service management team and familiarity with various ticketing tools.Awareness of global information security standards (e.g., ISO27001, PCI DSS) and the access management controls documented within these standards.Knowledge of security best practices and emerging trends related to IAM.Experience in an information security role focusing on access audit and/or compliance management is a plus.
