Sr. Security Supervisor
Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global Organization

As a Sr Security Supervisor with Honeywell, you will develop the overall security strategy with a focus on industrial security as well as performing risk and threat assessments. You will provide security leadership, consulting, and education consistent with the Honeywell Global Security organization, policies and standards to the business, identifying opportunities for security to enable the business and integrating security into the business unit.

You will serve as an advocate for the business but maintain a clear focus on risk and security, helping to identify and assess risks to the business unit. The Sr Security Supervisor will supervise all industrial security activities, programs and initiatives for the business unit as well as provide security incident support. You will also help leadership understand the potential risk impacts and possible controls in business terms.

You will work on a hybrid schedule out of any of our United States Honeywell locations and will report directly to our Security Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\n\nFederal Compliance & Governance: Provide guidance and oversight of all DD254s (classified contract) requirements in the Global Security Compliance portfolio. Work with GSC facility manager to ensure compliance and accreditation of secure spaces in support of classified programs. Implement NISPOM policy and procedures to remain compliant and deliver Satisfactory or higher rating for DCSA Security Reviews or other USG inspections (generate procedures, OPS dashboard maintenance., FSO MOS update, Corp SPP updates.)\nProgrammatic Support: Provide program-specific support to all GSC Facility Security Officers throughout contract lifecycle. Ensure timely, accurate, and proactive support of all contracts and classified activities for all facilities within the Multiple Facility Organization (MFO.) Engage with PMs and program personnel to identify all security contract deliverables and deliver effective security support. Provide oversight to ensure Program Manager meetings are captured in OPS Dashboard. Serve as COMSEC lead to 8+ traditional COMSEC accounts. Perform Staff Assisted Visits (SAVs) in advance of DCSA Security Reviews, requiring frequent travel. Ensure all Corrective Action Plans are closed within establish time frames. Work with all GSC Security Manager(s) to develop metrics to qualify and quantify key ISP performance metrics.\nSecurity Education Training and Awareness: Provide project oversight of the implementation and compliant execution of the Security Information Management System for all cleared facilities under the GSC portfolio. Lead GSC training team to maintain and document government compliance training.\nRole breakdown (roughly):\n\n20% - DCSA Self Inspection and Security Review participation and review\n20% - Security Education Training & Awareness\n15% - DD-254/ Contract review and generation\n25% - Physical Security Compliance\n20% - INFOSEC support\n\n\n\n

The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.

 

The annual base salary range for this position is $102,000 - $127,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

 

YOU MUST HAVE

\n\n2+ years of equivalent experience in a DOD/other industrial security program/security/compliance.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance (SCI w/Poly, is applicable)\nMust be a U.S. citizen.\n\n
