5+ Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration Extensive experience with ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management). Experience with Flow Designer, Scheduled Script Executions (Scheduled Jobs), notifications, building applications, custom widgets Extensive experience and understanding of REST API integrations and working with IntegrationHub High level of verbal & written communication skills, as well as the ability to help explain complex technical requirements to non-technical people. Experience with ITSM/HRIS Experience working and integrating with other enterprise systems (HRIS/ERP/CRM) such as Netsuite, SalesForce, ADP, UKG, HubSpot is a plusEssential Responsibilities:
Build solutions that are requested by the product Architect that meet detailed requirements as outlined by our business analysts. Work hands on with ServiceNow administration to build complex objects behind the scenes that support operational workflows, performing any scripting necessary to support a live production environment. Review existing functionality and/or processes and identify areas the improve scalability and performance. Support integrations with other technologies by working with developers for other products as well as the Integration Data Management team.
