What You'll Be Doing
Oversee daily shipping operations and manage up to 29 direct reports.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to optimize shipping schedules.
Communicate with outside contractors, including Union Pacific Railroad, for proper rail shipments and rail car utilization, as well as contractors for rail repairs.
Maintain inventory records and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Train and supervise shipping personnel to enhance team performance and resolve any shipping issues promptly.

Essential Experience and Skills
3+ years of relevant work experience.
Self-starter with high energy and a minimum of five to seven years of related experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical documents and solve complex problems.
Excellent communication skills for presenting information and responding to questions from various stakeholders.

Salary Target Range $75,300 - $97,884
