Join a dynamic, growing team that offers healthcare providers an array of medical technology solutions that make a difference in patients’ lives. **Position Summary** This position is responsible for purchasing raw materials and supply continuity for the catheter/pump product families for the Chelmsford facility. **Principal Responsibilities** • Key objectives include achieving, improving, and exceeding targeted customer service levels, managing inventory levels and targets, and managing supply and demand within the Global Supply Chain • Plan and execute purchasing of raw materials from domestic and international suppliers • Download open requisition reports from SAP and place purchase orders accordingly • Review open PO and past due PO reports to ensure materials coverage required for production • Review MRP exception messages; ensuring alignment of supply to changing forecast demands • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal customers and external suppliers • Proactively report product and material availability issues at tier/standup meetings • Identify opportunities to drive value-add programs: Kanban, Quick Ship, large impact, and Lead-time reduction initiatives • Analyze and manage MRP, source list, material master/parameters • Revise master data in essential systems to ensure the MRP system is effectively planning future requirements • Inventory Management: Support reporting, inventory parameters, safety stock target, product life cycle management • Maintains purchase order status and shipment tracking information in SAP • Provide support to various internal customers, as required • Complete special projects and assignments as requested • Other duties as assigned **Education / Experience Requirements** • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 5-7 years’ experience in a procurement role • SAP experience preferred • Strong communication and attention to detail **Specialized Skills / Other Requirements** • ERP System experience, preferably SAP • Excel Skills • Strong verbal/written communication skills \#LI-DR1 _At Teleflex, we follow a comprehensive hiring process.
