You will part of a team building the future of Smart Eyewear at Amazon. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy cloud services and experiences that leverage AI and machine learning techniques for our Smart Eyewear product. You will play a crucial role in the development and deployment of machine learning infrastructure, and will work closely with applied scientists and other engineers to create robust and scalable solutions that meet our product needs. You will need to define models, drive best engineering practices, and produce clean, re-usable code. You must be prepared to deal with ambiguity and be ready to learn as you go. You will have the opportunity to influence product decisions and direction that will impact millions of customers.


Key job responsibilities
- Design, and develop large scale cloud services.
- Collaborate with applied scientists and researchers to deploy AI and ML infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain scalable and efficient codebases.
- Conduct experiments, analyze results, and refine models to achieve optimal performance.
- Integrate ML models into production systems and ensure their reliability and efficiency.
- Deploy applications on devices and cloud platforms, and manage their lifecycle.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team meetings.
