Roles and Responsibilities

Work in an Agile development environmentArchitects, designs and/or programs/develops a small module or a large component, feature, set of features, whole feature area or entire software product.Develop complex software solutions based on C#.net technology.Collaborate with internal customers / users in a global environment to fully understand user stories and use casesOwn and manage multiple products at once, including the maintenance of legacy applicationsCreate customized product documentation for fellow developers as well as usersDeveloping in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the areaPropose different solutions outside of set parameters. Use prior experience and on-the-job training to perform complex tasks.Demonstrate technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems.Track technology trends and drive innovations in the product.

 

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) from an accredited college/universityMinimum of 6 years of professional experience in software development with 5 + years in .net TechnologyShould have good knowledge on building modular applications based on n-tier architecture with sound knowledge of Object-Oriented Design principlesProven analytical and organizational abilityStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsAble to work well with global teams, including time-zone flexibility

 

Desired Characteristics

Working knowledge of Software Design Patterns, Test-driven Development practices and modern coding principlesApply principles of SDLC and methodologies such as CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing TechniquesExperience with Multithread and Asynchronous programmingPrior experience of hands on development with real-time operating systems and firmware or low-level drivers would be an added advantageExperience working with Industry protocols like MODBUS, Profibus, Profinet, FF, CAN, Ethernet, IEC61850, IEC104Demonstrates clarity of thinking to work through limited information and vague problem definitionsStrong problem-solving abilities and capable of articulating specific technical topics or assignmentsExpert in breaking down problems and estimate time for development tasks.
