What we are looking for:
A Software Engineer to contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of one or more Charles River IMS modules or components as a member of an agile scrum team. Provide engineering troubleshooting assistance to customer support teams and other development teams within Charles River.

CRD helps create enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions in the areas of institutional investment, wealth management and hedge funds. Work under modest supervision to design, develop, test, and debug small to medium software enhancements and solutions within the business and technical problem domainsDevelop, test, debug, and implement software programs, applications and projects using Java, C#, SQL or other related programming languagesWrite unit, automation, and performance tests to ensure a high quality end productConduct manual tests to ensure a high quality end productParticipate in code reviewsActively participate in the agile software development process by adhering to the CRD scrum methodology including attending all daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectivesA minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressively responsible professional software engineering experienceDemonstrated skill with object-oriented programming, data structures, compiler or interpreter technologies, embedded systems, operating systems, relational databases (RDBMS), scripting and new/advanced programming languagesAble to work on small to medium sized projects with moderate supervisionEffective written and verbal communication skillsAble to work well with peers in a collaborative team environmentWhat we value:

Charles River Development
Salary Range:
$100,000 - $160,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
