Additionally, in 2024 we were awarded the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award, which recognizes the most engaged workplace cultures in the world._ **Job Description:** + Responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions for new and existing Allegion products. + Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them to elegant implementation. + Collaborate with global teams for product development. + Peer reviews for code and design + Contribute towards the continuous improvement of the quality and process **Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:** + Passionate in Backend API development + Expert level experience with C#, Web API + Experience with Git or Azure DevOps + RESTful interface design and implementation + Experience in Cloud computing using Microsoft Azure + Experience in Agile methodologies. + Experience in implementing software design patterns and different architecture patterns around client-server/server less computing. + Effective written, verbal and presentations skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts. **Desired Skills & Abilities** + Experience with Dockers and container orchestration. + Event driven architecture experience. + Experience in IOT platforms (Azure IOT or other cloud based IOT platforms). + Full stack development experience. **We Celebrate Who We Are!** Allegion is committed to building and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace.
