Your Impact:

As a Senior Software Engineer you will Write technical specifications for new features and provide time estimates for assigned tasks

 

What the role offers:

Write technical specifications for new features and provide time estimates for assigned tasks.Work with Manager & Engineering team to assess technical feasibility of new features.Design and implement new features.Fix defects in existing software for regularly scheduled maintenance releases as well as patch releases.Manage customer issues and provide detailed and timely reportsWork with various Documentum teams including QA and Customer Support to resolve technical issues.Program in Java/J2EE, JSP/Servlets, Javascript etc
 

What you need to succeed:

Minimum of 3-5 years of software development experienceMS/BS in Computer Science or equivalent. Strong Analytical SkillsMust have a demonstrated track record of managing and shipping “enterprise class” web based applicationsProficient with one or more of the following : Java, J2EE, REST, AngularJS, extJS, JavascriptGood understanding of J2EE architectureStrong background in Object-oriented programming and Design PatternsProven track record in development of software projects from start to finish on schedule in a quality mannerKnowledgeable in software development best practicesExcellent verbal and written communication skills
 

Considered a Big Plus:

Experience developing Web Applications for multiple application servers - WebLogic, Tomcat, Websphere etcExperience with Document Management and Web Content Management applicationsKnowledge of Web ServicesWorking knowledge of newly evolving technologiesKeen to pursue career growth in the technical ladderProven innovator with patent disclosures/awardsExcellent in articulation and influencing others
