Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our microservices-based B2B ecommerce platform using Spring Boot and React. This role requires a deep understanding of software engineering best practices, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

Architect, develop, and maintain scalable and robust microservices using Spring Boot and React to power our B2B ecommerce platform.Contribute to the architecture and design of new features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.

Collaboration and Integration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate our platform with ERP systems, data warehouses, and other essential applications.Collaborate with product management to refine feature requirements and specifications.

Best Practices and Optimization:

Implement and advocate for best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.Conduct performance tuning and optimization to ensure high availability and scalability of the platform.Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Minimum Requirements:

Typically requires 7+ years' experience in software development with a focus on Spring Boot and React

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Other Qualifications:

Proven experience in designing and developing microservices-based architectures.

Strong understanding of ERP systems and data integration

Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques

Knowledge of security best practices and industry standards

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $131,000 - $218,400
