Mission and Goals (About the Role)
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our team and contribute to the successful completion of our critical ILEAP Avast migration project. This role requires a strong background in Java programming, object-oriented design patterns, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges. This individual will play a key role in supporting multiple projects, including our Accounts and Licensing services, requiring flexibility and a broad technical skillset.

Play a crucial role in our ILEAP Avast migration, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.Work effectively within multiple projects, contributing to both front-end and back-end development as needed.
Objectives (What You Will Do in This Role)
1. Full Stack Engineering:
Contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of full-stack applications within our cloud environment.Apply object-oriented design principles and established design patterns to develop and maintain high-quality, scalable code in Java and other relevant technologies.2. Testing and Automation:
Follow test-driven development methodology to continuously expand and improve our automated test suites. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.3. Collaboration and Culture:
Collaborate closely with other engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.Contribute to code reviews and other quality assurance processes.4. Autonomy and Improvements:
Work autonomously with minimal oversight, following clear project roadmaps.Provide thoughtful feedback for continuous process improvement.
Competencies(What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role)
1. Technical Skills:
Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong focus on Java development.Solid understanding and practical application of object-oriented design principles and common design patterns.Adamant about writing quality, reusable, and performant code.Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure). Specific experience with AWS Lambda or Azure Functions.Experience with back-end technologies such as Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and databases.Experience with front-end technologies such as React or AngularJS.2. Problem Solving and Collaboration:
Strong communication and collaboration skills.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.3. Resilience and Adaptability:
