Job Description

Technical Expertise:

Extensive experience in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, and Software Design Patterns.

Proven expertise in building applications on AWS using native services and Python.

Good knowledge of automation and DevOps practices.

Proficient in microservices architecture, API development, unit testing, and API testing.

Skilled in using build and deployment tools.

Ability to independently tackle ambiguous problems and deliver robust solutions.

Deliver working features spanning the full software development lifecycle, including customer-focused design, implementation, testing, deployment, operations, and documentation.

Balance constraints to ensure maintainable and extensible software.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to train new team members on best engineering practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on cloud and Python.

Desired Skills:

AWS certification.

Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.

Good written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment.
