This is an exciting opportunity for a Software Engineer to work on a very decoupled, scalable cloud based architecture of Web API’s and applications that powers the backbone of the security endpoint based platform. There is a never a dull day and candidates will find themselves context switching on a number of different applications and projects to meet the ever evolving business needs.

Designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable C# codeLeading projects in terms of architecture, discovery and planning of Development Tasks Ensuring best practices such as SOLID principles and TDD methods are being followedHaving a test first mindset on code testing through unit testsEnsuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications Helping maintain code quality, organization, and automation Mentoring of other developersProactively recommending and leading improvements to the Development Lifecycle

What you need to succeed

 

Experienced with Cloud technologies. AWS would be beneficial, but other Cloud vendors are fine5+ Years strong experience in C# and the .NET framework (up to version 7 desirable), with a good knowledge of its ecosystems Excellent knowledge and practical experience with TDD and SOLID principlesGood knowledge of Microservices and Event Driven Architecture and participating in the Architectural Design process Strong hands-on experience with Web technologies, Web standards & protocols such as RESTAble to breakdown high-level business domain requirements into smaller stories to feed team backlogsStrong communication skills, ability to help guide multiple projects at one time and help the team meeting aggressive deadlinesUp to date knowledge of OWASP web security risks such as CSRF and XSSUnderstanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable applicationExperience working within a BDD methodologyKnowledge of Domain driven Design (DDD)Worked with very high load API’s and applications
