Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience in Node.js and React.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model and contribute to the development of innovative software solutions. This role requires a strong technical background and a passion for creating impactful software applications.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using Node.js and React.jsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new featuresEnsure the performance quality and responsiveness of applicationsIdentify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugsHelp maintain code quality organization and automationParticipate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standardsWork closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutionsImplement and maintain automated testing frameworksProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developersStay updated with the latest industry trends and technologiesContribute to the continuous improvement of the development processEnsure that all software developed is secure and compliant with industry standardsCommunicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success

Qualifications

Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related fieldHave a minimum of 6 years of experience in software developmentDemonstrate strong proficiency in Node.js and React.jsShow experience with modern front-end build pipelines and toolsExhibit knowledge of RESTful APIs and web servicesDisplay familiarity with version control systems such as GitHave excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailShow ability to work in a hybrid model and manage time effectivelyDemonstrate strong communication and collaboration skillsHave experience with Agile development methodologiesShow a commitment to continuous learning and professional developmentPossess a passion for creating impactful software applicationsHave a proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
