Summary NVR is seeking a talented Senior C++ Software Engineer to join our technology team. In this role, you will develop, maintain, and enhance applications that support our homebuilding architectural services and manufacturing business lines. Job Responsibilities: + Design, develop, and maintain C++ applications that support home building drafting and manufacturing workflows. + Optimize existing software for performance, reliability, and scalability. + Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. + Integrate applications with third-party systems and APIs. + Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software. + Provide support and troubleshooting for production issues as needed. Qualifications: + 5+ years C++ software development experience. + Expertise in object oriented programming using Microsoft Visual Studio C++ and Microsoft Foundation Class (MFC) application framework. + Experience in programming in a 3D graphic environment. + Understanding of linear algebra and trigonometry. + Experience working in Linux or Unix environments. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Experience in homebuilding, construction technology, or manufacturing IT systems is a plus. + Experience with the Hoops graphic library is a plus.
