Job DescriptionThe Software Engineer Senior is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining technology solutions for a web application that is both external and internal facing.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain technology solutions and ensure solutions meet business requirementsWork closely with product managers, engineers, and other team members to achieve innovative, business-results driven technology solutionsRegularly provide feedback and recommendations to further enhance the technology solutions as well as the user experience.Continuously improve and troubleshoot existing systems, ensuring seamless performance and support.Ensure reliable code by conducting rigorous testing and enforcing code standards.Thoroughly document solutions, contacts, and best practices.Mentor junior engineersActively participate in Agile ceremoniesOther duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED equivalent required5 years of experience with application development or packaged software implementationsMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Reporting Structure

Potential pay for this position ranges from $87,200.00 - $139,400.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
