The Senior Solution Engineer is a key representative of the Docusign Sales team who builds confidence and trust with our customers and liaises with numerous internal teams as a key knowledge sharer of product expertise. You will partner with the Enterprise sales team to deliver value to our prospects and customers. Come with a ‘can do’ attitude and thrive in a diverse inclusive environment. This position is an individual contributor reporting to Director, Solution Consulting - Japan. Responsibility Showcase the value of Docusign’s solutions Develop account roadmap and strategy Present and articulate business value to executives Be an innovator who can build new solutions using out-of-the-box thinking Contribute by sharing new knowledge with your team across the globe Manage and respond to complex RFx/Proposals Present and demonstrate Docusign solutions at marketing events Assist in training and enabling the Sales teams on DocuSign and partner solutions Be self-motivated, proactive and flexible Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job.
