Solutions Architects are responsible for creating and presenting technical content and sharing best practices. Solutions Architects lead activities such as architecture reviews, white-boarding sessions, demos and technical workshops. Amongst others you will be part of design and building reference architectures, proof of concepts and deploy production workloads on AWS. Provide thought leadership and recommendations on cloud architecture, migration, modernization and operation. Basic Qualifications - Background in Cloud Architecture, Systems Design, Software Development, Infrastructure Architecture, Data Engineering or DevOps across industries. - Technical Degree (Computer Science, Maths, Engineering or equivalent) and/or relevant tech experience - Experience in managing complex sales processes with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product and technical challenges - English business level communication skills written and verbal Preferred Qualifications - Prior domain experience in enterprise cloud adoption and operating production workloads on AWS - Knowledge of cloud native design patterns, DevOps practices and AWS services - Experience with or understanding of common enterprise regulations, security and compliance standards - Public speaking experience or passion for creating technical content Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
