Sr. Solutions Consultant (HighQ) US-Remote

We are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to join our rapidly growing Government US software solutions team supporting our productivity solutions including HighQ and Document Automation.  This role will support our sales channel across the US, by delivering dynamic HighQ demonstrations to Government agencies, scoping projects and writing Statements of Work, and then executing on that project with the customer.  
•    Are you a creative thinker with an understanding of relevant industry technologies, and able to design solutions to complex process problems? 
•    Are you an energetic, motivated, customer focused individual looking to maximize their earning potential via a performance-based compensation plan?  
You will be expected to become a HighQ expert and evangelist, understanding your clients' needs in depth and building strategic relationships with key contacts at all levels across their business. You will be responsible to educate and explain to prospects how to use the HighQ platform from a solution point of view. You will also be helping to solve the technology problems government legal organizations are facing the most, by educating agencies on new product updates and features, as they are released. You will work alongside our other client facing teams and play a key part in client events, user groups and marketing initiatives, including speaking, demoing and talking about our solutions confidently and in detail.

Location: remote, must be US based.

Align closely with the Product and client teams to understand and be able to articulate the value of the HighQ platformWork with prospects in a sales process to demonstrate solutions and features based on the HighQ platformContribute to thought leadership and product marketing initiatives by regularly writing and speaking about key topicsRegularly speak at industry events and shows, present solutions and provide demos to prospects at senior levelsBuild out new solutions to drive new enablement and adoption of the HighQ platformMaximize the value of the client's investment, converting them into reference clients who are both promoters and advocates of HighQMost sales demonstrations will be done remotely, availability to travel up to 20% of the time as required.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The target total cash compensation range varies across locations. Eligible office location(s) for this role include one or more of the following: Eagan, MN; Ann Arbor, MI; Richmond, VA; Rochester, NY. The target total cash compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $141,800 - $263,300. Chicago, IL; Frisco, TX; Houston, TX; fully remote location. For these locations and any eligible US locations not otherwise noted, including for fully remote location if applicable, the target total cash compensation range for this role is $141,800 - $263,300. This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive. Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
